Mike came out to look at the work that needed doing, he explained exactly what would need doing and offered a quote. Mike and Jack turned up and worked hard and efficiently on the job which was completed quickly and they tidied up well after the job. Mike kept me informed with what they were doing (and not in that patronising way that sometimes happens) and made sure I was happy with the work after. I would definitely hire Mike again, in fact I will be hiring him again in the new year, I would certainly recommend him.
