I couldn't be happier with the service. Paul responded to my advert almost immediately and arranged the repair very quickly. The sash window has been repaired to a high standard and everything is working perfectly again. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. What I really appreciated was that he also helped with a few other small jobs without charging anything extra, which was a very kind gesture. Reliable, efficient at a competitive price.
