When the tile company we used went into administration, he was resourceful in finding the same tiles elsewhere. He knowledgeably explained why the job would take longer, came in early to make up time, was more than fair on price. He was a pretty good communicator on email, and excellent at communicating information about the job in person and by text. He provided works-in-progress photos when we were away, which was really fun! He works cleanly and respectfully, and always cleared up at the end of the day. Post-job rubbish was removed in a timely manner. His tiling work is gorgeous, and we're very satisfied overall with our lovely new bathroom. I highly recommend him!

Get in touchCan't thank Mark and the team enough for sorting the issue I had with my roof. They were clean, professional, friendly and were willing to complete several hours work on a Saturday to resolve the issue. It was explained to me in detail what the issue was and what work needed to be done to fix the problem. Will be contacting again in the future for the rest of my roof to be replaced. The leak I had which occured as a consequence of this issue caused my anxiety to go sky high and now due to the service I had today in sorting the problem my mind has been completely put at ease.
