We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.

Ken was hopeless at fitting the doors he'd made They were needed to close a cupboard under my stairs He came and fitted a framework around the inside of the cupboard opening. The framework was so thick it stopped me me taking out either of the two appliances that were inside When I realised that he'd done this he told me that I hadn't told him that I would want to take then out. I explained that I had to so that I could service or repair them. There were also other items behind the appliances which I no longer had access to. He suggested moving one of the appliances to one side but when I said there was no room to do this he rang off. I then spent most of the next day removing the framework and refitting the hinges. This is something that a decent workman would have done, He clearly accepted no responsibility for the appalling error in his planning and I would advise any potential customer to steer clear of him

Hi, I’m Dean I Studied, carpentry at in college, have done varied maintenance jobs through the years as well as gardening work. Can turn hand to must jobs around the house other than rewiring electrics and gas. I Recently finished a refurb where a stud wall was built with two doors to create a bedroom. Front of house was re mortared & repainted. Basic damp proof injection. Full internal repaint. Moving and fitting new pipe work for downstairs toilet. Boxing in pipe work. Clearing garden of weed overgrowth. New fence posts and fence put in. Gravel laid. Along with small tasks like curtain rail pikes etc. currently moving & fitting new shower. Have wide variety of tools for both internal & external jobs. Can also put up Ikea furniture and incorporate into alcoves etc if needed.
