The workmanship was atrocious. Mark told me to buy a replacement shower tray that was too small so it didn't fit the original space but he installed it all anyway, chipped the sink, broke floor tiles and even installed the waste uphill. I have had to get other bathroom fitters to rip everything out to then replace tiles and replace shower tray, waste run and enclosure. I will now have to pursue Mark through small claims court to recoup the £1000 labour costs I paid him as well as the wasted materials. I would recommend everyone to avoid. If I am able to add photos of the work after this review I will.
