It seems to be rare nowadays to find somebody who says what they'll do and then does what they've said... especially to a brilliant standard. But luckily Harry is that somebody. Put simply we can't fault him. He completed our bespoke wardrobe, alcove units and shelving installation within budget, on time, with the minimum of fuss and always with a smile. Dale answered my job on my builder to build a new door frame and hang some doors despite being 30 miles away. I asked if he minded travelling so far out to which he said he didn’t. However on two occasions which Dale agreed to do the work he didn’t turn up on the job. First time I got what seemed like an excuse but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rearranged for a week later. The next week I waited in all morning for him to turn up, he didn’t answer the phone when I called to find out where he was at 11oclock I just got a text to say sorry I can’t find my keys. I never heard from him again after this, not a call or a text to apologise for not being able to make it or to rearrange. 24 hours later he hasn’t read my last whats app even though he’s been online. So I can only assume he just didn’t want the job and was hoping I would look elsewhere which I will have to now. Not really a great way to treat a customer who really needs the job done and could have spent the last few weeks looking for an alternative tradesman if only he had been honest about not really wanting the job and wasted my time.

Fitted lock incorrectly on my door so it's incredibly stiff to lock. He said that it would get better over time, after a few months I raised the issue with him only to be ignored. In-between this time I tried to arrange for other things to be done but I could not arrange anything with him he was so unhelpful and unresponsive. I'm glad he was because I probably would have the same issues.
