Disappointing is the overall feedback. See below: 07/02 - Agreed a job to fit 2 internal doors at a cost of £130. 20/02 - Door was fitted, but an issue with the bathroom door lock was made aware to me. Ravaun agreed to come back and sort the lock. The job was paid for with the agreement that he would come back and resolve. 21/02 - The door handle company confirm the error was made by the fitter, as each part is cut to size. This made sense as Ravaun took the part with him, so I couldn't share pictures with the company I purchased it from. 26/02 - I followed up as I hadn't had any updates. Ravaun confirmed he was on leave and I wished him well for the holiday 11/03 - I followed up again as I hadn't heard anything. No response received. 16/03 - I followed up again. Ravaun confirmed he had extended his holiday. 02/04 - No response to message 03/04 - A response to confirm date 09/04 09/04 - No show. Excuses about phone numbers and WhatsApp just made the whole episode even worse.

Peter and his son JJ met all my expectations. Polite prompt and delivered my pergola with additions to my satisfaction. EDIT Storm Darràgh happened in Dec 3 months after my install. I of course contacted JMC to advise that my tiles have been blown off, as when were discussing costs and job allocation I was assured that any issues will be dealt with promptly. The blown off tiles STILL had the adhesive strips attached which meant that some of the tiles were not stuck as the manufacturer instructed. Photos were sent. Here's JMC's contractors response...... Evening, The wind ripped your shingles from your roof like a lot of property’s … The roof was installed on spec nailed on as per specifications. We will not be repairing this under any kind of warranty And your attitude toward me regarding this not being fitted properly is upsetting and I think you should find another company to do this for you. They have not attended. I 100% do NOT recommended them for their lack of aftercare.

This was my third and probably most ambitious project with Beyond Furniture. Installing a cupboard and pullout drawer unit under the stairs. Just like the other projects, they delivered with flying colours. It was not an easy space to work with but Jarek is a master and crafted a thing of beauty using Justyna's designs. I introduced a massive change mid-way through the project and they were so nice about it. The new work was priced and we worked out the timeline and in the end I am so happy with how the changes have been implemented. Working with Justyna and Jarek has been such a pleasant experience. They take great pride in their work and take exceptional care of their work area. You'll be lucky to book a project with them anytime soon because I believe they will be very busy but if you manage to secure them, don't think twice! Thanks Beyond Furniture!

Marc is very professional from start to finish. He came out to inspect and measure all the doors and gave us a competitive written itemised invoice to provide doors, handles, hinges and the fitting cost. The doors and accessories are of good quality and the labour is a high standard. Our door frames are not exactly straight but no problem to Marc. Marc has his van set up so he can work inside so very little mess. Would definately recommend Marc for anyone who is thinking of changing their doors

I cannot recommend Atilla highly enough. I originally brought him in to help with the carpentry work on my house build following a full demolition. The plan was for him to assist for just a few weeks, but from day one it became clear that he was exceptional at what he does. He was reliable, hardworking, highly skilled, and always polite and professional. As the project progressed, I ended up keeping him on for the entire duration of the build—around seven months. During that time he worked alongside various contractors, carpenters, roofers, and other trades, consistently proving himself to be one of the most dependable people on site. He became involved in virtually all aspects of the carpentry work throughout the project and always completed tasks to a very high standard.
