Michael Panting completed the 2nd fix to our 2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension in January 2022, the work involved a garage, bedroom and on suite bathroom to the side and a large kitchen/family room with utility room to the rear of the property. All the carpentry work was finished to a very high standard with Mike consulting with us every step of the way to help create a dream kitchen to our rear extension. To say Mike went above and beyond in his work would be an understatement, a carpenter by trade but fully competent in all aspects of building work became apparent the further he got into finishing the extension. I highly recommend this guy to anyone who is looking for any type of building work needing to be done, five stars, ten out of 10, thank you Mike.

While the work is fine be prepared to work hard on communications and timelines. Christina promises a stress free experience however we found that every hiccup and delay (some understandable some completely random or baffling) led to accusations, refusal to accept responsibility and often blame being laid at our feet. We got the impression that they were constantly running on a shoe string, not ordering in required materials, services or trades in good time but rather being veryast minute which impacts on quality and timelines as well as being very high stress. One redeeming feature - they fixed any issues relating to their work. Sorry to Brett and Christina who seem like good people but I must be honest.
