Looks amazing,but not fit for purpose. Had balcony tiled and when it rains the water sits there so does not head towards the soakaway leaving me with water that covers my ankle when stepping out on to the balcony. Got in contact with citizens advised and advised under the Consumer Rights Act to get in contact with tiler regarding the issue. However, advised by tiler to purchase a squeegee In which he sent me a link to one. Furthermore, if I wanted a perfect job will cost me 6.5k to strip out the whole balcony and exchange. Inaddition, informed me he done the best job per budget, when I didn't give a budget, I explained the problem and what I wanted done and he provided the quote.
