Pleasant chap, very friendly. However, scheduling was difficult as he was only available some weekends and evenings, which wasn’t mentioned when quoting. Unfortunately, the work was not completed to a good standard. We have been left with a lock that does not work properly and draught proofing that is ineffective. The issues were explained, but no resolution or offer to rectify them was provided - only requests for payment.

Daren is the perfect tradesman: he turned up on time; worked non-stop; took a lot of care over his work; was friendly and polite; cleaned up after himself; took time to answer questions and explain things both when he came to quote and during the job; was very reasonably priced and the work looks awesome! We would definitely use him again! Very happy customers!

Before we chose Lee, we spoke to a few builders about the conversion. However, from the first conversation to the last, Lee would always go above and beyond to focus on everything, but especially the little details. Which gave us a lot of confidence that he'd do the job properly. We love the outcome. He even come over late one night on his own accord when the weather took a sudden turn. He was also great with our kids and dog, which although a little detail helped a lot. I would strongly recommend Lee, you will not regret it.

Mel and his crew were efficient, pleasant and helpful. Any additional work uncovered was shown and proven to my satisfaction with multiple solutions, where practical, offered. The standard of work was high and when rain stopped work outside, he made up for it at the weekend without additional charge.
