When problems arose, he adapted to the challenge, explained why a certain procedure was being applied and, in my case, the reason for the moderate increase in final price. Jon and Martin are possibly the nicest hard working people we have met out here. Right from the word go, Jon has gone out of his way, inspecting the property before purchase, providing advice and competitively quoted for work. He was able to work within our tight timeframe and complete the opening the two cottage fireplaces in good time....and the kindness of the two helped massively with shifting 80m2 of very heavy stone (something that me and missus would have took us 6 or more back breaking hours!!) Genuine through and through. Read his feedback prior to asking him to quote for work. To be honest, cannot speak highly of Jon and Martin. Has a great network of reliable people and will do his uproar to support. Already planning his next work with us. I know what I'm going to get.... Graft and value for money with a quality finish.
