However he explained my options, explained the best option based upon his greater experience of this issues and completed the work a couple of days later for a great price. Really pleased with the outcome and would recommend Patrick to anyone.

He left me with a few feet of it so I haven't lost it all. He was so very thoughtful suggested I close the curtains so I couldn't see it go. He cleared the site completely left it spick and span.
