Unfortunately I had a to give a low rating because job was cancelled day before at 11pm when I've already checked in to a hotel after driving 4 hours to let in to complete work. I understand issues occurs but I was calling 48 hours from before to make sure job is going ahead. I still turned up on time and a day early only to find out darrel was in hospital and he is off work.

Bathroom Fitting- 16 May 2026
New bathroom designed and fitted in a little over a week, with new internal doors installed through the house. Stuck to our budget and needs from start to end. Both Ethan and Jack very insightful and personable, explained all options and decisions to be made without rushing or pushing us one way or another. Very happy with the entire process and how it turned out, definitely recommend ERK Building Contractors

Really pleased with the overall service and quality of work from Carl. I posted the job and Carl contacted me the following day to arrange a visit to see the job. I asked if he had photos of previous work as he has no feedback on my builder, he was happy to show photos and talk through what he did and wasn’t at all offended. Price given later the same day and work completed the following weekend. The work completed was to a very high standard. We had an arch doorway space filled in with door surround and architrave, door fitted and an additional 3 doors fitted. Carl kindly helped my husband with fitting a cooker hood while he was at the house. We asked Carl back the following weekend to carry out some other smaller carpentry jobs, all completed to the same standard and very efficiently. I can highly recommend Carl, he is a very experienced carpenter and nice friendly person, thank you.
