I appointed IPS to the job because I trusted them. They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. Really, really pleased. I recommend IPS 100%. Excellent customer service, very skillful and with high standards from the first to the last. A few unforseen issues came up during the work (existing steels and beams hiding in the ceiling! ) but these were tackled with minimum fuss. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and have even put us in touch with all other trades that we need to get the job finished.
