We focus on manufacturing and installing bespoke bedroom furniture, dressing rooms, alcove units, home offices, media units etc. As a team of highly experienced staff with comprehensive workshop facilities, including our own in house spray finishing shop we are able to offer a truly bespoke service such as angled areas, high ceilings, deep or shallow solutions, bespoke door and drawer sizes. Our large portfolio of work hopefully speaks for itself. Christina & Hollie are on hand in our office to help with all queries, planning projects and fine tuning the details. We commissioned two sets of alcove shelving, one with a cupboard at the base. Initial communication and planning was great, and Stuart clearly listened to what we wanted. The shelf parts were well made. However on installation day, the team were clearly in a rush and only gave themselves an afternoon to install both shelving units. There are a few dings as a result that we were prepared to overlook but one side of the cupboard has also been installed upside down which means that the shelves inside the cupboard are wonky - one side about 2cm higher than the other. I have contacted the company six times in the last six weeks to arrange a time for them to come and fix the issue, which should be simple, and they've done nothing about it and have stopped replying. I'm really disappointed. These shelves were expensive and I'd expect a good company to fix their own mistakes. We have other carpentry jobs but won't be using this company again and can't recommend them.
