Callum recently supplied and fitted 3 new bedroom doors for us and we’re really happy with the result. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly called into a meeting on the day he was due to arrive, but Callum was completely trustworthy and just let himself in and got on with the job. It was nice coming back to find everything completed and left tidy. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with — we’d definitely recommend him.

Really terrible experience with both Aquila Management Services and the plumbers they subcontracted, George Dick and Sons. Good first impressions which is why I chose them despite it not being the cheapest quote I got, but every single thing that was done was done badly. The job took four weeks to complete (I was told it would take one week) and the entire time involved me having to bring up many problems and things that had been done wrong. I was never given a breakdown of costs of fitting and materials despite having asked for it on multiple occasions. I have been left with the wrong bath, wrong taps in the sink, and messy, shoddy work. On top of this, I was refused any discount at all when I asked for it and was threatened with legal action if I did not pay in full. Aquila refused to take any responsibility for any of the problems, and were very patronising towards me. As a result I would definitely not recommend this company, and I would say the same for the plumbing company George Dick and Sons. Best case scenario they were totally incompetent, worst case scenario, complete cowboys who are only around to take advantage of people.

I had a very positive experience using my builder for the 1st time. Lewis Hendry was prompt to answer my request and gave me a quote for the work I posted. He arrived when he said he would and checked with me through out to see if I was happy with his work. On completion he tidied up and reassured me to call him if I had any problem, will use Lewis again on my next project I need a joiner. My job was finished in a timely fashion and I am very happy with the professional work he done

The job went great , Kevin and his worker with him done a brilliant job from start to finish , friendly and helpful guys , I would recommend these guys for any joinery jobs , they cut out the section of the worktop for the sink and hob to go in and even fitted the sink and hob into the places thanks, I’m very happy with the finished job

Absolutely superb work done by Bobby and Peter. Their specialist knowledge and understanding was second to none. They turned up on time, worked very hard to solve complex problems and did so to a superb standard. Ended up having to do a lot more work than they initially thought and they came back a second day without issue. Incredibly reasonably priced, especially considering the amount of work and specialist knowledge that went in to this job. Bobby was also on hand throughout to provide lots of extra help and advice on my home setup. I'm absolutely delighted with the work they have done and would throroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.
