Scott was amazing! As a woman on own and been stung in the past, I was scared tbh having men in my home. Scott firstly made me feel very comfortable,as he was very professional, polite and absolute gentleman who is obviously very knowledgeable in his job as he knew what was wrong just with my description of the problem. He told me what and why it wasn't working and how he was going to fix it, he had it sorted in not time at all and without a bit of mess left behind, which is a big bonus!
