Stephen Thomson is an absolute godsend. He arrived when he said he would and sorted the leak and drained the system and installed all the thermostat valves. He was pleasant, polite and friendly and can’t emphasise enough just how nice that is when you have someone in your house. I know these comments are the cliches you expect in a review but they are genuine, heartfelt comments. If you need a plumber, seriously call Stephen Thomson. We were really impressed by Reliable Plumbing. The works were completed quickly and there was absolutely no sign anyone had been working in the house. They both took their shoes off to protect the carpets. They tidied up as they went and took a bag of rubbish and they disposed of the old equipment they replaced for us.
