WARNING! Please read before considering this tradesman. My family had a new bathroom installed. The bath was installed without a support frame and the bath panel was balanced in place with only silicone to hold it from falling inwards. There were large gaps 15-20mm left in the tiling which would have been filled with grout alone had I not intervened. I was quoted for tiling 3 walls from floor to ceiling, but ended up with 2 thirds only being done and the rest hidden behind the furniture. The same day the job was "completed" and final payment was made we noticed the issues with it that night when bathing my kids. Communication had been good whilst the work was being carried out, but when we tried to contact him that same day to return to resolve the problem we were completely ignored. Text, phone calls and email went unanswered and even my phone calls were blocked. Not what you expect from a professional tradesman at all. Dont fall for the it, took our money with no shame in leaving the job unfinished. Look elsewhere.

WOW! This was my first reaction! Ricky has totally transformed my small kitchen! It is a total make-over with nothing being too much trouble. I was consulted all the way through the job with extras being agreed that would have taken me ages to complete-the floor was tiled, walls tiled. I am absolutely delighted with the finish and the price is very fair too and is very close to initial quote. It's a 10 from me! Very good. We used Paul to fit some skirtings in our front room which included a bay window .He was very competitive compared to other quotes we had received . Polite , punctual and hard working . Excellent quality of work too. Tidied up before he left and job completed within the time quoted with very little fuss . Will definitely use Paul again

Pleasant gentleman and arrived promptly. Alarm bells started ringing when he told me he didn't have his own dust sheets to protect the carpet, I had to provide my own. When fitting the loft ladder I felt like I had to keep an eye on what he was doing. When it was initially fitted I had to point out that it wasn't flush with the ceiling so the architrave would not be able to be fitted flush. He agreed and readjusted it. Another thing that surprised me was when he used expanding foam to fill gaps, which was fine, but he was wiping the excess foam with his hand!! Anyone who's used expanding foam knows you never touch it with your hand because it's a nightmare to clean. He then tried to wash his hands with soapy water in the bathroom and got expanding foam on the soap dispenser which is still sticky. I don't think he had used expanding foam before. Then was told his nail gun was apparently being repaired so he returned a couple days later to fit the architrave around the loft ladder. The nails were left sticking out of the architrave and some of the architrave pieces were not secure, the nails were attached to nothing. He agreed it wasn't a great job and said he would return with a new piece of architrave and redo it. He never returned. Overall, he's cheap but I wouldn't use him again.
