Gavin came and measured up. He had the task of re-completing some shoddy work which was originally done. Gavin pulled up, repaired and laid a new floor so the stairs could be build from finished floor to finished floor. I was consulted every step of the way with my stair design and updated when delivery was going to happen. Gavin has kept in touch after the build to make sure it was all done correctly. Trust is important to me in a tradesperson. It was a pleasure to have Gavin do the work for me and I felt comfortable leaving him in my home to get on when I needed to work. Would recommend Gavin to anyone and will be using him again.
