Let us down with building extension. Started the job ok then failed to show for the job most days and continually asked for money up front as he didn't have accounts with company's. He eventually didn't come back at all after saying he had to sack all his team leaving us with half finished build which was not even water tight. Disappointing after a good quote

Firstly I would like to thank Scott and his team for their hard word completing our Porch build on schedule despite the cold and very wet weather throughout January. Scott is excellent at his job ( ground works and bricklaying ) and knows when he needs to bring in other trades to complete the project. Always on site when he said as with the other trades he booked. He kept me up to date throughout the build. We are very pleased with our new Porch and impressed with S.K Building Services work ethic and would highly recommend given them a chance to quote your building project. James provided a fantastic service in all aspects of the job that he did for us. He planned the work very well including the coordination of 3rd parties involved, was friendly and polite throughout, and the base and dwarf wall he supplied were very neat and tidy. He was extremely conscientious about his work to the extent that when the skip company made a hole in our drive and refused to fix it he came and mended it himself even though it wasn't his fault. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone considering similar work.
