Deep did all the work on two bathrooms in my property. The work involved gutting the rooms, tiling, plumbing, wiring and fitting. I have been left very impressed with the work Deep has done and he has exceeded my expectations. Very disappointed. When he came to price the job he quote 1300. He said 600 for labour and 700 for materials. I even paid him before he completed the work. He returned yesterday to complete the job and charge me another 180£ because the bathroom door could not close so he had to cut into the frame. I told him he was being unfair because he quoted me a price and now he is asking for more money. The job is not even completed. He put fillers in the areas that was damaged and he told me when it is dried I must sand it then paint it. I now have to pay someone else to complete the work. I am not happy. I have taken photos which I would like to show. He said the door frame was not part of the job.

Was really impressed with these guys. Helped me order the correct garden door and then went to pick up extra bits when the order didn't turn up correctly, for no extra cost and couldn't have been nicer about it, even though it was a pain for them. Really cheerful and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Would use them again, for sure.
