He also helped us inspect on the whole house which is very helpful for us as we just moved to this house, and gave us good advice on everything. He had no problems working with a very difficult structural engineer and always stayed professional. He made sure to always keep me informed about a very single detail even though this was never required of him and kept me updated and always advised on the best possible options whenever we uncovered a surprise (i.e. Hidden gas pipes, missing joists, rotten joists, thin external walls) during the removal of both chimneys in my house.
