His pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises or extra fees (which in itself was a surprise!). Before providing a quote, he took the time to visit the project and thoroughly understand what was needed - He offered guidance and advice, sharing new perspectives and suggesting different (better!) options I hadn’t previously considered. His attention to detail was outstanding and it really shows in the final results. You name it — Lucian can do it. He handled every aspect of the job himself, including the rip-out, carpentry (with custom-built units), electrics (including a custom LED setup), plumbing, and tiling along with everything else! Lucian’s professionalism was exceptional — he was always punctual and often offered to work Saturdays to keep the project moving quickly. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, regularly asking for my input on design decisions and patiently answering my questions. His clear communication ensured I felt involved and confident in the work being done, which was especially important as I’d had bad experiences with other builders in the past. The pride Lucian takes in his work was evident, especially since he documented the entire process on his Instagram. The quality of his work was so impressive that I’ve kept him on to renovate the entire downstairs of my home. Excellent communication, they quoted quickly, detailed the works and arrived on time on the day. They have transport, had all the tools and provided materials at cost. The guys said they do a lot of landlord work and they completed the refresh with no supervision from me. They work hard and provide quality results. There were no shortcuts - great job and fair pricing, and I will, no doubt, hire the team again. This involved taking everything out and installing a new kitchen, plumbing, electrics, boiler, bathroom, skimming, painting, doors, removal of chimney breast, new tile flooring on ground level, installation of a new toilet, painting etc. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done by Majed & his team and more importantly the spirit in which we were able to work together. I am happy with the overall quality of the work that was done and pricing. I would recommend Majed for such projects going forward. I found Majed & his team very good to work with as issues always come up in such projects, I found that when unexpected issues came up, Majed was able to provide good solutions without much hassle. I found this to be very important for me as someone who is not very experienced with this kind of work. With any snags that I had at the end, Majed came promptly to fix them If I am to highlight any negative, it would the work took longer than expected by about 2 weeks. I think the work could have finished quicker if more people were allocated to work on the project.
