Our main focus is on small to medium size refurbs, the kind of jobs where we can be creative and come up with unique solutions, whether that be a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or a living room. I hate big firms who just re-sell mass manufactured products, so I try to keep as much of the work, from the initial design and drawings through hand making all of my joinery in the workshop to install and completion done in house, with the exception of plumbing and electrical work for which I use people who are a lot more qualified and experienced than me! We recently hired Jacek (JK building) to fit 17 fire doors and one awkward bespoke fire door and a digging storage space under the stairs that I didn’t think was possible to close off beautifully. They did an absolutely amazing job and skilfully created a fire door that would have cost me a lot more to buy and the finish was fantastic! We were impressed with their problem solving skills and professionalism and most importantly high quality of work.. and I remember Peter was really eager to show off his work when they finished. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my friend… I would recommend highly!! Such hard working men!!
