The work appears to have been completed satisfactorily, however the concern with this tradeperson is that he will not issue a receipt for the payment. Payment was made on an email which only included the work details. His position is that he will not give personal infomation on a private job. It is a case then that he is either not a registered tradesperson or he does not understand the legal obligations under the consumer contracts regulations of providing business details, including his name and address.
