This three stars because they assembled it, but they neglected to tell me that it was the wrong product even though I had sent them a link with what the product was and what it looked like so because they didn’t tell me that it’s been a lot of hassle also they’ve left nails and sharp tax sticking out of the wood

Mateus did a great job. He is very polite, tidy and a trustworthy person. His tiling is fantastic and he also did a great job on our skirting. The kitchen was a bit wayward due to the age, but his level of skill dealt with this very well, and the end finish is great. I would highly recommend.

I had a complex fire door issue (Ref: FRA report) involving specific gap requirements (2-4mm) and a faulty handle. From the start, the communication was clear and professional. Unlike other contractors who suggested expensive replacements, he was incredibly honest—he fixed my existing handle by replacing a missing part instead of charging me for a new one. This level of integrity is rare to find. He adjusted the hinges using fire-rated pads to ensure full compliance with building regulations. He also provided professional photos and a job report for my management company.
