This was a £75,000 contract and PJS carried out the work to a very high standard and we were delighted. During the works, extras inevitably arose. We considered these to have been priced at the top end of what we think was reasonable. However, after the work was completed there were some minor snagging faults, and PJS point-blank refused to come and fix them. Due to a burst water pipe I needed a trench digging and water pipe reinstating as well as the drive and side passage made good. Kane was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful and as I was a woman on my own, really went beyond to help me with this major issue that was really stressful. Kane was meticulous in his standard of work and was exemplary in making sure that every mm was perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of Kane, having been let down previously with cowboy tradesmen, Kane is one of few skilled professionals I have ever met.
