Rob gave me a very competitive price for fitting my kitchen. He and his team did the job promptly and to a very high standard. He left my kitchen spotless and I'm very happy with his work. Since then Rob has helped me with other renovations around my home including plumbing, electrics, decorating and other general renovations. He always finds creative solutions to issues that may arise and has great interior design ideas. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a builder and I have renovated 7 house over the years. Cristian and his Father are an amazing team. Who show you the respect you deserve as a client, and are always thinking about how they can add value to your property with thoughtful ways to improve things. They are extremely hard working starting at 7.30 am and never left before 5pm 6 days a week. They provided we with a quote for the work and did not ask for a penny extra. During the project they continued to surprise me , by doing extra bits that I had not anticipated were included. Cristian has a great eye for detail, and wanted to ensure that everything looked perfect. The best thing is that they do the majority of the work, and do not bring in lots of subcontractors I could not more highly recommend them, and have done already to my friends.

We set out in writing our requirements ahead of the job starting which were agreed by both. On site, Bryn turned up a man short, and appears to be a one man band when two were promised (and needed) He did initially made some good progress and seems a competent carpenter. After a few days there was significant problems with his behaviour and attitude, demands for payment outside terms agreed and attempting to charge us more than agreed. We tried to resolve this but this was unsuccessful. He became aggressive and repeatedly made threats. We had to ask him to leave the site, he would not and this led to police involvement. Jobs that were due to be complete were left unfinished jobs, he made core mistakes which the building inspector pulled up and has had to be remedied by other trades. He claims he’s a LTD company but failed to present a legal valid invoice and he had to explicitly state invoice requirements. He tried to pressurise us into avoid paying his tax when we’ve legal responsibilities to deduct and pay this. He didn’t have a company tax code and we were eventually able to pay him as a sole trader He’s made repeated threats to come to my personal home where I reside with my children His vile behaviour has put our project behind, cost us additional labour, losing us income on a project that should be complete. He continues to threaten, and appears to think this behaviour acceptable when it is not! Avoid at all cost!
