Jason was extremely quick in responding and in getting the workers in which was exactly what we wanted. He organised the building inspector for us for knocking down a load-bearing wall which saved us a lot of hassle. The builders who did the work were lovely and friendly and got the job done quickly. They were also very helpful when we explained we needed pictures of the steel for the structural engineer. There was. We engaged Jon and team to knock down a non load bearing wall. Jon was very quick to visit and provide a competitive itemised quote, which he happily revised later after we changed the scope of the work. Communication was excellent, letting us know when he'd arrive (8am and was bang on time) each morning. He and his team are super polite, respectful and talked us through each step and what he'd do each day. He's since followed up with some options to finish a kitchen panel we had forgotten about. I am so pleased I used Gary for the garage conversion. He made a very daunting job easy ! Gary and his workmates took great care in every aspect of the job. They were very professional, tidy and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. Their standard of work was second to none and explained what was to happen and when. I actually enjoyed the experience as they were so good, so good that Gary landscaped my back garden including the laying of artificial grass and raised beds, visitors are ‘blown away’ with the transformation .
