The builder got back to us in quick time and visited the next day after putting in the request on MyBuilder. We wanted an initial investigation to identify if lintels were required. Within a short amount of time, he had opened up the mortar around one of the bricks to show that there were steel ties and hence a lintel may not be needed. Came across as very knowledgeable and was prompt and efficient. Have got their details now and would certainly approach for future work.Latest review:Repointing-

Amazing work done by Jamie and his team. Surprised I could get a builder so quickly. Got straight into the jobs, which we added to along the way.
