August 2024: Jeremy Mills took £3,200, made our home unsafe by removing a load bearing wall and disappeared without a trace. DO NOT HIRE! He was hired for a bathroom extension. We are expecting our second child in January 2025 we needed the bathroom. Jerry has extorted us for money, whilst working a day a week and not doing the work we asked him too. Instead he removed a wall that was structurally needed. He is incompetent, over promise and not deliver. He says he had a team of experts but it is just him. He is a brick layer yet he promises plumbing and electrical work. He falsely advertising 30 years experience but he has none. The "contract " he gives is worthless. He does not give an invoice. He disappeared with our money, blocked our numbers. We are left in an unsafe house with no bathroom, no bedroom and no money

The works were to remove entirely all the aggressive bamboo rhizomes/roots and growth from a small, confined rear garden area ca 4m x 2m which had encroached from a neighbour, and replace with topsoil. Branden carefully scoped the work on site, and devised a safe working plan/method to reduce/eliminate risk damage could occur to the neighbour's ageing, delicate fence asset, or to the property's sensitive garden facias/walls. The works were carried out over two days on his recommendation to eliminate the risks. Branden always communicated clearly as required with myself and the owner of the property, was price very competitive and good value for money, and Branden and his co-worker worked efficiently and carefully at this awkward job.
