They came to completely refurbish a dated property. The works included full redecoration with some plastering, new flooring, new radiators, some electrical and plumbing work, repositioning of doors, and installing a new kitchen. The whole team are professional, polite, quiet, helpful and reliable, and they were able to stick to the agreed timeline. They managed the whole project to a tight timetable with no delays, all along with good communication and easy resolution of any issues that arose. We thoroughly recommend KS Construction and will be asking for them to return for further work in the garden in the Spring.

You should avoid hiring Nasir. he doesn't know his plumbing work. in my new extension house for the 3 bathrooms, he has installed the hot and cold (PVC pipe) and bathroom pipes) none of the pipes have been tested/pressure checked. The builder has done the flooring after checking with him. now I realized from another plumber that all pipes should be tested for leaks and pressure. now I need to open all the floor board which cost me a hell of money and delay my project. he is also not reliable and not trustworthy...worth £250 JP push fitting is also missing from my bucket.

I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job very professional in every aspect of his work and always considerate of asking how you would like it to be done (ie positioning of toilet basin tiles fixtures), also very polite and considerate knowing I have a large household and worked hard constantly throughout, I would highly recommend Gabriel to all and will reccomend him to my friends and family, even my landlady will be keeping him in contacts, there is no flaws in his abilities to complete the job at hand and I cannot thank him enough for transforming my bathroom into nothing short of brilliant.

Anthony did a great job from start to finish. Having had a few quotes, some cheaper, I decided to hire Anthony for the job as his quote was fair, thorough and clear about the process, materials, time needed, I did not get this assurance from some of the cheaper quotes. He listened carefully to what I was looking to do and make some good suggestions to help achieve the look I wanted for my decking. Communication was clear at all times during the job. Once the job started, Anthony was punctual each day, organised and ensured the site was kept clean at all times. I am very happy with the decking and standard of work achieved.
