I am a self employed kitchen and bathroom fitter based in Bristol and the surrounding area, i have been fitting kitchens and bathrooms for 15 years and have lots of experience, i can do both carpentry work and plumbing as kitchens and bathrooms are a specialist job that require skills in both, i also do odd jobs and unusual jobs, i recently took down a rotten summer house (pictured) and reconstructed it to be half the original size (was 16x18ft, now 16x9ft) by using the good timber that wasnt rotten and discarding the rotten bits, my boss has recently retired and i now work solely on my own, he would get work through past customers and recommends so we never took many photos of our work as we didnt need to advertise but you can see by the few i do have the work is top quality! Callum and Westley did an absolutely fantastic job on our two bathrooms. Leading up to the job their communication was excellent, Callum was very fast and helpful in responding to a range of questions via text. I also thought their pricing was reasonable. Once they started the work they were punctual and professional. They worked really well around our busy house, and were friendly with our 4 year old who wanted regular updates on their progress! They put a new bathroom in our loft and completely renovated our downstairs bathroom. They were also happy to do A couple of additional Jobs that came up along the way. The finish is lovely. We really highly recommend E& H kitchens & Bathrooms.

Jay came to price the job after making contact and his communication was clear. We live in a very old house with lots of quirks; he took this into account and saved us a bit of money with the plastering. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and a couple of walls and he inspected the whole room, telling us we were fine to leave two of the walls as they were, as all seemed solid. I imagine he could have told us to have the whole room done, but instead we only had done what was needed. Jay managed to slot us in quickly, completing the work over two half days (allowing the pre-plaster adhesive coat to dry over night), finishing the job on a Saturday morning as a team of two. The price quoted was what we were charged. It's now been about a month since the work was completed, and we're very happy with the results. The room was skimmed nicely and the surface was very smooth. We coated it with Screwfix bare plaster paint before giving it a top coat, and the finish is great. We'll be using him again for future jobs and I have no problems recommending him.

We are so pleased with the work Lee did repairing all the damage for a leak we had in our shower. Lee was really clear about what needed to be done and the work was completed to a really high standard. Lee was warm and friendly and always left the place immaculately clean and tidy. Bit of a tricky one this review. Been trying to reach him but no response. Asked for an invoice and I've asked if still working but nothing back. He did an ok job in parts, he put effort in but overall there were issues which I had to fix, not enough battening which left plaster board springy, had to redo battens that were not fixed, badly cut boards, out of level boards that I specifically said we'd need to pack out and kinks on skylight window surround boarding. He made a mistake cut the wrong side of PIR backing on a board and its caused a severe miss level, I had to fill behind with more foam to protect from condensation/cold risks which i raised concern about an was told it wasn't a prob (but is). He miss quoted timings, we had delayed mats but still wrong. He got aggravated at me when I asked for an invoice and to collect cash. Plasterer told me what I needed to do to fix. Overall shame as he had the drive and determination just lacked in care and customer service.
