She offers good advice and has been extremely professional and reliable, coming up with creative but realistic ideas and following a very thorough approach to getting the relevant planning consents, structural engineer support and contractor quotes. They included residential, multi-unit developments, retail units, offices, train stations, refurbishment, restaurants, conversions and agricultural buildings. During that time Sam developed a passion for sustainability, both in design ethics, construction methods, and relationships with clients.

Highly skilled, creative, professional, totally reliable, works lightning fast, and produces a great result. Sam is a pleasure to work with, very receptive to client input, and revises plans quickly and without fuss. He works very effectively with the planners to achieve the best possible planning permission.
