I had a new shower fitted in my bathroom in the place of the old one and the gas boiler serviced. I am very pleased with the both jobs. Tom was professional and efficient. I enjoy using my new shower now. Dean was very polite and friendly when talking to me on the phone. He also replied to my messages promptly. This job scared many so-called Plumbers who viewed the work and promised to quote but never returned. Neil installed the new toilets quicker than he originally anticipated and within budget. Neil is fastidious in the work he undertakes and the quality of his workmanship is second to none. As a bonus Neil is extremely tidy and clears up as he goes. Tim has done a great job on our flat. He completely re-fitted a kitchen and shower room to a very high standard. Despite many setbacks and delays caused by the kitchen supplier, he came up with solutions in order to get the job done affording me confidence in his work. Honest and trustworthy, Tim offered suggestions as appropriate, and often went out of his way to complete a task, for example, to receive deliveries after hours. His team were always cheerful and reassuring and cleaned up on completion. The work is of high quality with attention to detail and Tim continues to provide an after service.
