I highly recommend James. We would definitely hire him again for any further flooring jobs we might have. He fitted a new laminate floor in our home office, and we are delighted with it. From first contact, to quote, to job completion, the whole process went incredibly smoothly; James was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He supplied a competitive price which met our budget and he fitted us into a cancelled slot, meaning that we can get on with completing the decorating and setting up the office. He arrived exactly when he said he would, texting each time to let us know he was on his way. The completed floor is first class - he did a superb job and even added on a small job that we needed doing. During the fitting he was very considerate, keeping the noise and disturbance level down and he tidied up everything afterwards. Jack did a fabulous job refurbishing our staircase. He arrived when he said he would, was very polite and professional. The job took as long as he said it would and he tidied up every evening after himself.
