Spike and Jeff have done a fantastic job of our loft conversion. They clearly know exactly what they’re doing and give their clients the benefit of their experience. We really liked their flexible approach, allowing us to decide on room layouts and window positions during the build. They have a great group of tradesmen supporting them. Highly recommended for any building work

With over 45 years experience we provide all building works from extensions, new builds and conversions to plastering and window replacement. We provide free quotations and although new to Mybuilder we can provide references as required.
Richard and his team did quite a bit of renovation work on our house. We are really pleased with the results. Richard and his team (Wayne and Daniel in particular) were extremely hard working, and got the work completed as quickly as they were able to. Richard had a few issues getting materials (mainly due to the pandemic situation) while completing the work, but kept us fully up to date as to when he would be able to work, and when he couldn't and the reasons why. Richard and his team were very respectful of our house, and family at all times while working. They tidied up every day after working, which really helped as we were living in the house while the work was being completed. The finished result is something I'm very happy with. I cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough. They have been absolutely amazing throughout our extension. They’ve just completed a double side extension, with a rear single extension and totally reconfigured our upstairs by moving the staircase. They were respectful of our house and neighbours throughout the build and the site was always clean and tidy. You can clearly see that Nick thrives off a good reputation. He kept us informed throughout the build and was quick to problem solve any issues that arose without any fuss. They worked tirelessly to complete on time, working long hours towards the end. I have heard so many horror stories from people about builders still working on their extensions months after the agreed completion date or just not showing up for days at a time. Nick and the guys are the complete opposite they were there 8am every morning. The build has honestly been surprisingly stress free. I am amazed at how quickly they completed our project and to such a high standard. I would recommend Nick and the team to anyone who is looking at building an extension. I am just writing this review because I wanted to say how honest and helpful I found Jamie to be. I was not sure if the project was feasible and when he explained to me that the project was likely to be more costly than I thought due to the nature of the structure of the roof etc I felt that I had learnt a lot and he suggested I think about the value to the house against the projected cost.
