Kerry did a decent job on moving the boiler and the quote for both jobs was provided with reasonable detail. However, unfortunately the bathroom refit did not go as smoothly and as a result of what seems to be time compression I have been left with a few items to finish or tidy up. Although some money was deducted upon discussion, the stress of having to source further tradesmen does not compensate.

Richard transformed our shower cubicle from a grubby vinyl-walled enclosure to a sparkling white tiled space, along with a new chrome door. This was a 'small' space, but a fairly complicated job, involving a lot of precision in terms of replacing the under boards, and the door, while protecting the surrounding space, and improvising solution details. He made the shower look great, was easy to have around and communicative about his process, and followed through on what he promised. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

He carefully removed and reinstalled the floor with new OSB boards, making it solid and level again. He also repaired a damaged ceiling board and completed the plastering to a really high standard.
