Very good work ethic from Mario, and very knowledgeable. Did a good very good job fitting new bath & fitted new tiles so would recommend. Only small dissatisfaction is materials Mario’s used of his own, no receipts were provided despite asking from the outset only hand written amounts in his note book resulting in paying more than I anticipated. Jordan is a true professional, very easy to work with, reliable and good on communication. Most plumbers have shy'd away from the job we had (a leaky pipe and worn out thermostatic shower valve behind the wall!) - Jordan completely reworked the entire system and came back to finish off the re-tiling too - all at a very reasonable and fair price. Wouldn't used Catalin again and wouldn't recommend. He installed my shower pump incorrectly and its now not working how it should. The pump manufacturer has said the incorrect install has voided the warranty. Unable to reach Catalin for rectification as he is away and not planning to come back. Such a cowboy! Ripped out the old bathroom, then didn't turn up for ages leaving a leaking radiator that has stained the living room ceiling. When tiling eventually got done it was awful and had to be ripped out and redone. After 2 months of very shoddy and unreliable work we decided we had had enough. After we found he had ordered furniture that wouldn't fit and the wrong colour ( luckily the supplier was very helpful). We then had multiple people in to quote to finish the work and all had said the tiling was very poorly done and would eventually cause other leaks so had to be ripped out again. Please avoid at all costs!!

Had a great experience with Matthew, he decommissioned an older bathroom, and installed a new bathroom in its place. Completing all the plumbing and also installing wall panels and new flooring. Matthew was very professional, great communicating every step of the process and asking what I wanted, which was needed as it was for a rental property. He was also very neat and tidy. Had another electrician come round and said the job he did was really bad and not code compliant so it should not have been certified which it was. Essentially will have to pay to get more work done to fix what he did which will cost just as much as we paid him in the first place. Such a bad experience. Richard transformed our shower cubicle from a grubby vinyl-walled enclosure to a sparkling white tiled space, along with a new chrome door. This was a 'small' space, but a fairly complicated job, involving a lot of precision in terms of replacing the under boards, and the door, while protecting the surrounding space, and improvising solution details. He made the shower look great, was easy to have around and communicative about his process, and followed through on what he promised.
