Alan was superb from start to finish. He came up with lots of ideas and talked us through the process. He confirmed the exact duration of the bathroom refit and set date to start. Both he and misha were here promptly at 8.30am worked through each day until 4.30pm. No long lunches no disappearing they just got on with it. I can truly say I was very very impressed with both the workmanship as well as professionalism. I will only be using Alan for any future jobs and cannot recommend him enough to everyone for the future.
