He supplied the material and while fitting, I noticed the flooring was not level and asked why he did not consider leveling it and he said the material he used would settle in after a few days. That did not happen. I had fully paid him and one month after the floor is still unusable. It is undulating and slippery. All efforts to reach him thereafter have failed. No response to text, would not pick my phone calls or respond to my voicemail. Even messaged him via MyBuilder in case he lost his phone and still no response. He has just ghosted me not to mention that he turned my dining table into a workbench and damaged it. All floorers I consulted on this agree he should have leveled the floor first. AJC Hardwood Flooring just fitted engineered herringbone wood flooring at my house and I couldn’t be happier. The end result is stunning. David has been very professional and communication with Aminah was fantastic from the very beginning. They even arranged the toilet removal and replacing with an external plumber.
