I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job very professional in every aspect of his work and always considerate of asking how you would like it to be done (ie positioning of toilet basin tiles fixtures), also very polite and considerate knowing I have a large household and worked hard constantly throughout, I would highly recommend Gabriel to all and will reccomend him to my friends and family, even my landlady will be keeping him in contacts, there is no flaws in his abilities to complete the job at hand and I cannot thank him enough for transforming my bathroom into nothing short of brilliant.

Plastering /skimming over a stipple artex ceiling. Extremely happy with the job done by Fred @ Alatus Construction. He got back to us straight away and came round to give a quote the same day. Good Price and was able to start the next day Fred is a friendly genuine guy, polite and professional .His work was of a high standard and is obviously an experienced plasterer. He was reliable and took the time to carefully prepare the room to protect the floor and sofa that we had to leave in the room and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Absolutely amazing job on removing the old and fitting a new carpet in our master bedroom. Me and the missus are very happy with the job, along with the customer service that came with it. Not only did they give the best price, but they was also happy to work on Good Friday which was the day after we approved them for it (+ they took the old carpet with them which made our life so much easier). We would 100% recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for any flooring work from here ourselves. Thank you once again!

Proper Builders are proper builders! Pawel and his team went above and beyond our expectations when we tasked them with an upstairs bathroom conversion and utility room build. Having their expertise and vast knowledge was a godsend when it came to dealing with the aspects of our wonky Victorian house and our no-so-accurate measuring. It was also massively valuable to have their suggestions and ideas for certain aspects of our project which we overlooked. We are very happy with the end result - the team take great pride in their work and it shows.
