Get in touchAfter yet another threat of court I was forced to delete my original comment, so I am writing this as none of what I said was untrue, as after my original comment Stuart threatened me with liable, but none of what I said was in fact liable, but the truth. This job went on for 18 months due to the extremely poor standard of work, and I did refuse to pay until all the issues were resolved, as I had been advised to do, it was not about trying to get out of paying as Stuart has implied, it was about what is right and fair. There were so many issues throughout the build that were simply just not acceptable, I have photographic evidence. I was also told that if I wrote anymore reviews he would take me to court, since when has it been illegal to write a true and honest review. So if you are thinking about hiring Red River please think again, if anyone would require any more videos of said works I am more than happy to show you,photos are just snap shots,videos video’s are better proof

I hired Jetmir to complete majot works on my house including rear extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment. He has not completed the work with reasonable care and skill. They completed the entire project in record 6 weeks and the overall project was done ahead of deadline with excellent craftsmanship. In life you really get what you pay for. With Durham and his team they came in at a fair and competitive price. He broke down every aspect of the quote to explain how much it would all cost and why, this gave me a great understanding and allowed me to prioritise different areas and allowed us to work in our budget. From start to finish everything was taken care of and his response was always don’t worry we can sort it. He always has a solution and goes above and beyond without hesitation. He really does treat his work like he is building his own house which means even if you agree the bare minimum, he will do extras just to ensure customer satisfaction. The detail is 10/10.
