Absolutely dreadful. Andy took no pride in tiling my brand new kitchen. I have shown pictures to other workmen. They all looked shocked at the lack of knowledge he has shown with the job of a tiler. He has not finished the grouting therefore there are very large gaps between tiles. He hasn’t matched one tile with the other therefore the pattern is imbalanced. I couldn’t believe he told me he had finished the job. I had assumed he popped out for something. I have had to ask a proper tiler to rip the whole lot out and re do all the tiling. This of course means I’m very much out of pocket. The mess he left behind outside was an example of his work. He didn’t take any rubbish away. He simply put it all in my wheelie bin. I so regret using this company to help me find a tiler. I’ve been completely scammed.

If you're looking for the cheapest I'm not the tradesman for you. If you're looking for work to be done to British standards by the book as it should be, and done to a high standard that will last then give me a call. The sub-floor in my kitchen was awful. It was so uneven I was beginning to think that I was going to need some major building works to be carried out before tiles could be laid. John, however, took it in his stride. Meticulous preparation and planning, and a perfectionist attitude has turned a mess of concrete and broken floorboards into a beautiful tiled floor. Nothing was too much trouble. I am seriously impressed and really pleased. John goes the extra mile and won't leave until the job is completed to the highest standard. His quote was spot on too.
