Quoted for the job which was great. We set a date, they didn’t turn up on the day agreed, told me 2 days later that they had to finish there last job first & tried to reschedule. I went to great lengths to make sure the room was ready only to be let down, so I wasn’t going to reschedule so I cancelled the job.

Kevin provided a quote, which we accepted. He called a day before the job to postpone. He then didn’t turn up on the new agreed date, sending a text after his expected arrival time stating he could not do the job that day. I’ve tried to contact to reschedule and his last communication via email told us to look for a different company. A complete waste of our time. Unfortunately, I have to warn people to avoid this person as he won’t actually complete the job.
