Get in touchPeter did an amazing job from start to finish. He was very attentive before the job started, giving a thorough quote & happy to adjust when our plans developed or changed. He gave us full confidence in his services even before he was on site! During the job he kept in communication and gave us updates on how it was going, the team were very respectful of our home and left it in gleaming condition! The kitchen install itself is perfect and we couldn’t be more happy with the result. Peter & team knocked down a wall, boarded up a doorway, removed our old kitchen, levelled and installed new flooring and installed our new kitchen including tiling and lights. Alongside this he arranged for our consumer unit to be replaced, installed a new radiator and built shelves for our pantry. He arranged everything so we didn’t have to deal with multiple contractors, including building control & the kitchen supplier. We couldn’t recommend Peter & his team more! 10/10 service and results - Thank you!

He fitted an en-suite wet room and a separate bathroom. The standard of work is incredible and both were finished in 9 days. He didn’t stop working the whole time he was here. He is coming back in a couple of weeks to do our kitchen. Then we will be asking him back to do our daughters bathroom. The job was a long wall stretching from the top of my landing, down stairs and into the hallway with several obstacles. Chris gave me sound advice on the preparation of the wall and how to care for it afterwards. He really knows what he is talking about when it comes to lime plastering. Get in touchwe have just completed the conversion of a large semi detached property in Lytham from a previously commercial property back into residential. Steve quoted very favourably compared to the 3 other interested parties and began work on the date agreed. to say we are delighted with the end result would be an understatement, the transformation is amazing and the 16 week process stress free and professionally executed throughout. Steve provided a programme of works, a fair breakdown of costs, any extras agreed and charged for as the build progressed with no unexpected costs. His attention to detail and exacting standards show in the finished product and his ideas and input into the design were most appreciated. Steve has an excellent team of dedicated hard working men and women who he clearly and fairly respects and all of whom respect him. I was allowed the opportunity of helping out with the project on a daily basis and relished the chance to learn from skilled tradesmen and also to feel one of the team. I completely recommend Probuild for any building project you may have and endorse the previous positive reviews. Our build included the total renovation of a 5 bed semi detached victorian property which was stripped back to brick internally and effectively rebuilt. New architraves and doors, rewired, new central heating, installation of 4 new bathrooms with underfloor heating, tiling, flooring and a top of the range siematic kitchen. excellent Job Steve.
