We recently had Paul and his team carry out supporting works ahead of our kitchen renovation, including patio door install, pocket door install plastering, radiator relocation and joinery. Overall, we’re really pleased with the experience and results. The team were reliable and professional throughout, always on time, respectful of our home, and they kept the workspace tidy each day, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Paul was always available to discuss progress, answer questions and talk through any issues openly and honestly, which gave us confidence in the process. The work was completed on schedule and to a good standard. The final cost was higher than originally planned due to some changes in scope along the way, but Paul was transparent when discussing. Joe did a great job on my outdoor drainage pipes. He replaced the leaky and sorry looking pipes and connected the new ones up to the washing machine and sink. He fitted a new cover to the drain, too, perfectly cut to accommodate 3 drainage pipes. Everything tidied up, and the difference how that sad area now looks, is really pleasing. He charged a very acceptable amount for his work and materials…I expected it to be far more as he was here for some time. If I ever need a plumbing job again, I would call on Joe. So professional!

We had our bathroom fitted by someone else, completely unhappy with the quality of the workmanship. David accepted the nightmare job of completely ripped out the bathroom, and starting from scratch. All I can say we are 100% happy with the finished bathroom, from the plumbing, painting, floor tiling, sealing, it is superb workmanship of the highest quality. It also helps that David is a very tidy worker, very helpful with advice about the bathroom, and a really friendly, easy going, and a likeable person, and a skilled tradesman. Cannot recommend highly enough, so much so we are getting him to do work in our back kitchen.

Cannot recommend Team Jakub and Veronica strongly enough! Talented, professional and clearly very experienced, they kept in contact and arrived on time. Not the easiest job - as the heavy wooden M&S wardrobes date back to the 90's and had been in storage for several years - so various screws etc needed to get them back into working order were not all there, yet this did not phase Jakub and Veronica - who not only got the wardrobes back into working order (making sure the doors were hung so they did not catch, etc) but they polished the wardrobes after finishing, and cleaned up after themselves - leaving me nothing to do, but hang up my clothing in my beautiful 'new' wardrobes! I will most certainly be calling on them for any other Handyman work I need doing. 5 Stars!

This is the second job we've had done with FC Developments as part of a house renovation. Removal of saniflos and two shower rooms with complete refit of both including flooring, tiling, painting, picture rail, lights etc. Pics have been uploaded on this profile and we are very pleased with our new Edwardian-style shower rooms that have added character back to our property. I had a strong design vision for the shower rooms and when talking through logistics during the quote stage I remember asking if it was possible, and they said "anything is possible". This is the attitude that I look for when designing. Both at the planning stage and during the work they made suggestions that really enhanced the final aesthetic and functioning including hiding pipework, making things step free, insulating against noise, coming up with ways to address tiling and flooring for non square walls/floors of a period property. The quote from FC Developments was very reasonable. Andy, Mirek and Kacper took a lot of care not to damage wooden floors etc and cleaned/tidied up at the end of each day. We are planning our next pieces of work, and I would use FC Developments again. I would highly recommend.
