Weller Projects Ltd is a Residential Refurbishment company that takes on internal residential works such as bathrooms, kitchens and full internal refurbishments. Unlike many building firms, our USP is that we use the correct trades for the correct jobs as opposed to using general builders. This ensures that the jobs are done right the first time with less errors and less time having to go back to solve issues. We also supply a full 2nd fix material schedule to the client which allows us to provide you with a 'Tidy Handbook' at the end of the job, including full details of all fittings and fixtures. This allows us to schedule deliveries better and helps us to communicate with the client and ensure a seamless project.   Shower cubicle refit and new floor: From start to finish John has done a great job! John listened to our ideas and guided us as to what would work for us - we were modifying an old but generally sound bathroom. Unfortunately it turned out that the old shower had been leaking extensively, and more work than initially planned was required. John took this all in his stride and helped us come up with a solution within our budget. He had to make several more trips out to us to complete the work, allowing for drying time etc. but none of the extra work was too much trouble for John. John was easy to have around and we felt we were in safe hands. Two happy customers!
