We also supply a full 2nd fix material schedule to the client which allows us to provide you with a 'Tidy Handbook' at the end of the job, including full details of all fittings and fixtures. This allows us to schedule deliveries better and helps us to communicate with the client and ensure a seamless project. I am a precision engineer by trade and therefore have a great eye for detale (joke intended). I have been a maintenance engineer for years, fault-finding high pressure systems, valves and pipework. Electro-mechanical fault finding is also in my skill set. There aren’t many tasks I won’t undertake - I am currently renovating a property of my own including fitting steel-work, re-building and most other tasks (e.g. I’ve just fitted MDPE water mains). Most work will be within my capability, if it’s not, I’ll let you know or refuse the job.
